Tanya started developing, renovating and preparing properties for the real estate market in 1989 and graduated with honours from CATC in 2010, obtaining a Diploma in Interior Decoration and Design.
Tanya initially launched Evolve Styling as an Interior Design practice however expanded into Property Styling due to the high demand for her styling expertise. The business has been a success from launch and has grown rapidly due to Tanya’s deep understanding of how to successfully present a property to its full potential, attract maximum interest and achieve the best ROI for clients.
Tanya now leads a team of 10 stylists who have styled over 1,000 properties. These outstanding results are due to Tanya’s extensive range of designer furniture and collection of beautifully curated accessories, rugs and art from around the world. And why her eclectic filled spaces have appeared in numerous editorial articles.
Natalie completed an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design at the Design Centre Enmore in 2008. Joining Evolve just after creation to pursue her career and love of styling interiors.
Natalie is one of our most senior stylists and has a penchant for travel, providing her with a talent for finding and using inspiring textures and colours. Natalie’s sophisticated and elegant style allows her to create a contemporary edge and is the hallmark of Natalie’s design style. This combined with her ability to engage and understand clients, means Natalie can create spaces which are beautiful, reflect the client’s needs and provide the best sales result for the client.
Camilla completed a Bachelor of Design at Raffles College in 2009 majoring in Interior Design.
Before joining Evolve in 2017, Camilla worked at several highly regarded styling and interior businesses, providing her with an impressive industry background in Residential and Commercial Interior Design projects, Property Styling and Spatial Planning.
In addition to her experience, Camilla has an engaging personality and is highly customer focused along with providing a professional and friendly service. Camilla ensures the design project runs smoothly from brief to completion. This combined with her flair and passion for interiors makes her the perfect partner for any project.
Seiko completed a Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration at the Design Centre Enmore in 2016. Upon graduation she was selected as a finalist in the NSW Design Institute of Australia’s Graduate of the Year Award for her conceptual design projects.
From contemporary sleek lines to ornate Roman cathedrals, Seiko takes inspiration from both old and new and believes that appropriation is key in styling homes.
Her strengths are in spatial design and in creating spaces that work functionally whilst giving each home their own character.
Seiko’s approach to styling is to create a holistic look that works with the defining features of the home and to show the potential of the space.
In 2014 Beatriz graduated from an Italian Interior Design school.
Beatriz was born and raised in Spain but moved to Italy to study and work and travelled through Germany, bringing to Australia her unique and eclectic European touch and the ability to speak a multitude of languages fluently.
The Mediterranean essence in her work is palpable. Beatriz’s creations radiate emotion through colour, she is able to create not only an inviting personal space, but one that is also a piece art which invites a silent dialogue between designer and responder as each is drawn into their own interpretation.
Beatriz is a lover of detail and perfection. She can work with and interpret a client’s individual needs. It is her passion for life that spreads throughout all her work, creating a truly exclusive space for every client.
Edward holds a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology Management from Macquarie University and his IT career spans 35 years culminating in a number of Senior Executive roles in multinational companies across many industries with responsibilities throughout the Asia Pacific region. His various IT roles provided company wide business unit exposure, where he developed a strong understanding of operations, strategy and best practices.
Edward now manages the back-office functions at Evolve where he oversees Finance, Administration, Marketing, IT, Logistics, Warehousing, Legal and Product Sourcing.
Gloria completed a Master of Professional Accounting Extension degree at the University of New South Wales in 2017.
Before working at Evolve, Gloria held accounting and stock investment analyst roles at various multinational companies in Shanghai and Sydney.
Gloria is responsible for all accounting and administration tasks, as well as communicating and resolving queries with agents, suppliers and clients.
Alicia’s passion for textiles and interiors was derived through her studies in Interior Design and Visual Arts and Design.
Previously working at a fabric wholesaler for the soft furnishing industry, Alicia maintains strong client relationship skills and has a keen eye for detail.
Alicia’s role as our engagement coordinator is to provide support for client interactions, and driving brand awareness via all forms of communication; social media, website, events and advertising.
