This enormous 4-bedroom family home sets a new benchmark for open plan luxury living. Inspired by modern design, the Annandale residence is cleverly designed to maximise space and light through large windows and rear bi-fold doors remodelled for indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. Although the house is newly renovated, some unique original features have been retained and we have styled the home to accentuate these features.
The EVOLVE team merged contemporary and classic pieces and opted for a contemporary colour scheme with vibrant colour choices including mustard yellows, pinks and blue hues. The stunning self-contained studio to the rear of the home has also been styled to mirror a luxury with its own outdoor entertaining area. The end result was phenomenal, selling for a whopping $3.45M in just 4 weeks!
