Set in one of Coogee’s most commending vantage points with unobstructed views of the ocean, sits this spectacular coastal home. We showcased our ‘Coastal’ styling scheme in this property to complement its stunning features and implementing shades of blue along with textured soft furnishings to create a warm and inviting feel.
Relaxed, Family living, and high-end luxury were three main elements our team prioritised when creating the look for this residence. We included several oversized pieces of furniture to fill the generous open plan interiors. A combination of soft relaxed linen upholstery and luxurious velvet furnishings were also selected. EVOLVE were grateful to be given the opportunity to style this stunning property, which sold for an enormous $5.1M.
